All U.S. Full-time, direct employees and retirees of eligible VW Partner Program organizations. Your household members are also eligible!
Code of Conduct: Please read through the following code of conduct rules
a. Users of the Partner Program must provide proof of employment that matches the Partner Company listed on accompanied Partner Program Certificate.
b. Users understand that if Volkswagen of America (VWoA) discovers violation of any term or falsification of employment documentation, VWoA may cancel your privileges to acquire vehicles under any special VWoA programs and may, at its discretion, seek to recover any special benefits you received.
c. Any abuse or violation of this policy could result in VWoA legal action.
Friends & Family Program
All full-time, direct employees of Volkswagen Group of America are eligible for the Friends & Family Program.
Code of Conduct: Please read through the following code of conduct rules
a. Volkswagen employees are prohibited from accepting any form of compensation from Volkswagen Dealerships, anyone connected with dealership or any EPP participant for sponsoring EPP purchases. This includes cash payment or free or heavily discounted servicing, parts or accessories.
b. Volkswagen employees are prohibited from giving a dealer permission to use their employee information for the dealer to sponsor EPP purchase.
c. The solicitation or acceptance of money, items of value or discounts from the EPP price as defined in this document from a dealer or anyone connected with or acting on behalf of the dealer in connection with the purchase of the vehicle under this plan is prohibited.
d. Any abuse or violation of this policy, the EPP benefits or falsification of an EPP claim will result in disciplinary action.
e. Volkswagen employees are limited to five (5) certificate print outs per month, totaling sixty (60) per year. Exceptions for additional certificates can be provided on a case by case basis. Volkswagen employees must accurately state who the certificate is for under the “Name of Purchaser” field.
